wait....you think a 17 year old can't be a child molester? You're either ignorant or just plain stupid. Probably a combo of both. Go look up the thousands of cases every year where 17 and younger family members get arrested for molesting or improperly touching younger family members.

Because it isn't a case of molestation. And we all agree on this, which is why not one of us will pursue legal action on behalf of the would-be victim. This is the more reasonable of the two possibilities.
The other possibility, which I find to be far less likely, is that you all believe this to be a case of child molestation but will not report it because you think that it is ok for children to be molested.
Basically, if anyone thinks this is molestation, do something about it other than gossip about it anonymously online or stfu.
