Well, he'd been released because there wasn't enough room. Imagine that your daughter has been murdered by an illegal that was released from jail on a previous crime because there wasn't enough space.
I humbly apologize for my errors and will edit accordingly. Please see revisions.
The murderer had been released from detention for previous charges due to over crowding. This is how he was able to commit murder.

Her father now has the chance to have justice served. I would start with a barb wire enema.
Then put a couple hundred 6p nails on the grill and get them hot then hammer them in assorted body parts, but not anything too important. Dont want him to die quickly.
