Send this to Bill O'Reilly. He does segments from time to time on god awful Judges and crappy sentences. I think this one would have a good shot of making a future show.

Cases like this are why we have standard minimum sentences that the public hates when the judge should have leniency.

It says she was arrested in 2011 and was sentenced in May of this year. Do we have any information concerning whether she bonded out? If not, it's not exactly accurate to say that she is getting no jail time.

The point of the OP was the sentence handed down by the judge. You want to point to point to the possibility of her staying incarcerated until her trial. Do you believe that this dipshit judge kept her in jail? Why don't you research it? And excuse me if I am infuriated by someone who would do this to a child.
