The group of power monger crooks in lawfare behind this ....PAID a KGB agent to be an FBI informant to cocoon them from anyone knowing they set- up Trump like they set up the MI governor getting kidnapped.
And now we are all suppose to forget all of their grand jury leaks to assets in the media , AKA reporters?
We are to forget they tried Trump in the media by saying Trump had THE NUCLEAR CODES.
They don't want it known that every President did what Trump did and WJC fought the snooty archives people AND WON! Biden OTOH: had no declassification authority or immunity, and sold us out to several countries and aided Iran.

When the federal government want's to get around laws that protect American citizens from their overreach they claim "national security".

What’s the point? A jury of laypersons should decide whether something should be classified? Their opinion is irrelevant. Once a document is officially classified, the law regulating same is applicable.

If the documents used in this lawfare case were really "national security" as the Jack Smith claims do you really believe our DoD and generals would have allowed this clown show in the DOJ to bring these charges against our former CiC and risk exposing vulnerabilities to foreign adversaries?

In fact there are NO classified documents at issue in this case, despite what the media says.

Yes.
Jack is not even charging Trump with mishandling or possessing classified documents but the "classified documents" label gets published by the media like it's fact. Trump is being charged under the espionage act for possessing "national security" documents that the DOJ says they own. That's charges 1-32. The remaining charges (33-36 IIRC) are obstruction charges because Trump did not get the documents to Jack's grand jury in Washington DC in a timely manner.
