And there's your problem in a nutshell, Dr. PhD in physics.

You appear to deal almost exclusively in theory. You have no clue as to how things work in real life.

I guess you didn't either. The senate isn't discriminating. They're saying that the private Greek organizations can if they choose to. And they're correct in that regard.

But I am in favor of pointing out bad things about bama. And yes it does look very bad.

while i was at LSU law there was a secret system to give minorities extra, intimate study sessions with professors. there was actually a big issue when one white girl, who was friends with a lot of the black kids and who was struggling, wanted to join

once word got out, it was a pretty big deal. i couldn't believe a public university was being so racist in the mid-2000s

It's a private club so they should be able to except who they want to except as members. With that said I hope this affects their recruiting in all sports.

the private sorrorities are the groups who are asking to have control over their racist selection process, not the senate

but if you have proof minority students cannot serve on the senate, i'm willing to look at it

Dude is a straight up lying hack. I wonder if Tuba actually is a phd physicist because his/her arguments are inconsistent with that of an educated person.

Considering black fraternities have the same right to choose their members on the campus I don't see how this is an issue. That's equal treatment under the law and honestly better for all people to know up front where they are welcome. It would suck to join a frat through govt coercion and everybody there hate you

well the race pimps have tried to avoid this argument by changing the definition of racism to where only the larger group can be racist

*ETA: i think tuba is a believer in the "new" definition. that's why i posted my example of racism from LSU

I just want to see how he justifies his "outrage" when he supports Roe v. Wade, which the SC affirmed as a "right to privacy" issue.

If he agrees that killing babies (aka abortion) is going to be shielded from government interference by a “right of privacy”, then he should be having no problem with having no impediments to a right of racial association.

Doesn't mean he can't disagree with it on a personal view, but socially, I want to understand how he disassociates the "rights" of the two. He can't.

The “right of association” derives from the First Amendment, the due process clause of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, the “rights reserved” clause of the 10th Amendment, and a simple, basic appeal to freedom.

Because it feels right.

That's what theorists do.

You don't really get what the word "theory" means in a scientific context, do you?

I can assure you theory works in "real life". Try the theory of gravity out, for instance.

I must be a theorist, because I theorize you as a fat, pudgy 35ish male with a bad haircut sitting in a basement yelling up at your mom to make you a sandwich.
