if they had good reason, i.e. Probable cause, to monitor his communications then I'm fine with it. If purely political then of course it's not okay. I'm sure most on this board have already had up their minds, but rational people take a "wait for the facts" approach. Actual facts, not alternative facts, that his admin seems to gravitate towards.

Oh, they are disturbed. They are melting across all forums, social media, and Sunday talk shows as we speak.
They will have their official talking points in a few hours and we will see 20 threads started here stating the exact same thing and CNN/WaPo/NYT/etc will have nearly identical headlines bashing Trump and calling for his impeachment.
Once you accept that they are losers and mentally ill this is all rather entertaining.

Many cheered the actions of the IRS.

The leftists I know think either:
A. Trump is lying about these wiretaps to deflect from the charges against him and Sessions, or
B. The taps were justified because Trump is a Russian agent.

The reason A is believed by so many is because Trump does have a History of making shite up on twitter and backing it with no evidence. Trump has made over at least 80 tweets about Obama place of birth and proclaim to have some super secret evidence about Obama's birth that he would eventually release to the public. He also claims to send a team of investigators to Hawaii to find out the truth about Obama's birth. He never sent a team to investigate Obama and he hasn't released anything about the issue.
