Yes- if you're referring to the exhibit of stone carvings, it's been there for a few years and I thought it was really cool....

re: OT: Job Offer - PDXDawg
[quote]Hell. During my time in Athens I had three holes I fished within maybe 25 minutes of town. They were just ponds on people’s private land that had a locked mailbox with a note saying it was $5 dollars per person per day and to watch out for water snakes by the bridge. I don’t think I ever saw ...

JD's world: I'm so rich I think I'll buy Yellowstone. But I'm going to leave it preserved and operate it at a loss. I'm definitely going to allow the public on it though because of that sweet tax benefit. ...

re: Pollack Says Grayson Lambert Will Be The Starter - PDXDawg
Not really. ESPN is gonna do their thing but if you don't pay attention to the false hype in the middle of the summer (or at least don't take it seriously) then it's the same as it ever was. I love the anticipation and can't wait for the season....it's getting close! Maybe it has sowmthing to do wit...

re: Bubba Watson to paint over Confederate flag on General Lee - PDXDawg
[quote]The state actually adopted the confederate flag as the state flag in 1879. The state changed it in 1956 to the battle flag , because much like today, people are ignorant too it . The official reason for changing it was commemorating the centennial of the war. Little Rock pushed it forward 4 y...

re: Bubba Watson to paint over Confederate flag on General Lee - PDXDawg
The state of GA put the confederate flag on the state flag in 1956. I'm sure that it's just a coincidence that they decided to honor our history the year after the civil rights movement began....

re: Let's Talk Propane and Propane Accessories - PDXDawg
That is how some of the best steak houses cook steaks It's all about the high heat and sear IMO My grill has a sear burner and then after getting the sear I move them to the top rack for a few minutes...

re: Let's Talk Propane and Propane Accessories - PDXDawg
When grilling on high heat most of the smoke on charcoal is from the fat dripping on the coals. You can get similar results from a gas grill on the drip plates. Grilling is all about the temperature. The hotter the better to get the sear. Gas is just as good as charcoal at this. i used to think that...

re: Let's Talk Propane and Propane Accessories - PDXDawg
The Coleman doesn't have. Very large lid so if you're wanting to put anything on it that isn't standard grilling width then you can't close it to keep the heat in. The weber Q has a much taller lid but doesn't have the sear capability with lower btu. I've used both grills several times and I prefer ...

re: Kurt Cobain Documentary.... - PDXDawg
Everyone likes what they like, so there's no real point in arguing who is "better". I've just always found Nirvana's music more interesting. Foo has some good songs but most of them sound pretty much the same to me while Nirvana had more progression and creativity to their music over the course of t...

re: OT: Favorite Burrito Chain - PDXDawg
If I had to venture a guess, no one has mentioned T stand because it's unforgivable to microwave a quesadilla and charge money for it. Admittedly, I haven't been to a T stand in years, so maybe they've up'd their game. But back in the day their quesadillas were microwaved. That's ridiculous. ...
