ESPN thinks people should be allowed to protest during the national anthem but not in their parking lot.

Their hypocrisy has reached a new level

Why bother with this protest, ESPN is protesting with every broadcast, news and sports event.

I'm beginning to think people really are this stupid. I actually heard a black civil rights attorney say on TC's show last night that not playing folks who don't stand for the anthem violates their 1st Amendment rights.

Now is their chance to get Al Sharpton on a "This is Sportscenter" commercial.

ESPN wanted to get into the politics and social justice game.

They dove head first into a deep pile of shite and now must live with the consequences.

It's a perfect example of how naive rich white limousine liberals are when it comes to social justice politics. Their elitist attitudes, combined with their white guilt, made them think they could get in this game and not get caught in the crossfire. That's what makes this whole situation so satisfying. It's unmasking the real motives of this movement all while crushing these rich white liberal do-gooders at the same time.

The fact that presumably otherwise intelligent people actually thought there was a good endgame to this is astounding.

They should say a half dozen showed up. That sounds like more. Like the comedian that says to tell a woman that you have half of a foot instead of six inches...it just sounds better.

Dear ESPN,

Know how to avoid all this drama? Go back to just reporting on sports and leave all politics out of your coverage.

Your welcome.

Except that Trump isn't losing anything in this battle. ESPN is getting its arse handed to them.
