Didn't Obama stutter quite a bit without the teleprompter?
You frickers with the blind Obama rage are fricken insane. You can knock Obama for a lot of stuff, and I didn't vote for him either time, but Obama is an incredible orator, TelePrompTer or not. He's also, a fantastic conversationalist and has terrific comedic timing. He's the best since Reagan, who was the best since Kennedy.
It's possible to dislike Obama and everything he stands for and still be objective about. I'm sorry that makes your pussy hurts.

Although the left worshipped him, Obama's cadence literally drove me crazy. Plus his no teleprompter speeches were impossible to listen to.

There are lots of well spoken presidents to pick from in our history who said lots of nothing very eloquently. Take your pick.
Public speaking is a true art form. It's not necessarily going to make good policy, but it does sound real nice to the ears, and look, I have certificates in it, but at the end of it all it's still about the content, not the delivery.

I'm sorry but that isn't true. Without a prompter/script, he was not a good speaker. Nor was he even quick on his feet.
With the script he was very good despite it not actually being true what he was saying.
At least be honest with your assessment

Trump is not a bad speaker in the sense that he puts his foot in his mouth when he didn't mean to.
He's just a very "common" and plain speaker who says whatever is on his mind and doesn't give a shite what people think about it.
But even when he reads the TelePrompTer he's not great at delivering the speech.

I've never heard a Millard Fillmore speech that impressed me.

He's perfect. U must have "liked" Bush (s), how bout G Ford, and Almost Mitt?

Well obviously you don't know dick about history, because I think even his most educated critics would not say he was the worst speaking President in history. For instance, Thomas Jefferson was worse. Lincoln wasn't that good at it either and everyone at the time thought he bombed the Gattysberg Address, and it was only looking at it on paper when we realized it was actually a great speech. And hell, did you miss George W Bush?
Trump probably isn't in the Top 10.

Barry was no toastmaster without the teleprompter. Uhhh . . . uhhhh . . .
Anyone who thinks Barry was a bad speaking President is stupid. He was clearly better than either Bushes or Carter. And that's just when many posters here were alive, nevertheless all 45 of them.

Wilson sounds like an undertaker trying to bury your mother.
Hoover not so much.
Calvin Coolidge avoided speaking so much that they called him Silent Cal! Kind of sing song.
Obama off TelePrompTer not so good.

Obama has his words written for him for 8 years. The real Obama doesn't have the golden tongue.
Then why did he win his presidency through Oprah?
Sorry, say what you will about Barry, but he has a golden tongue. It is the only thing that got him elected.
