"hat's why they're preemptively declaring Trump to be the same as Obama for not attacking when the "Red line" was crossed"

The media desire to do this is exacerbated by the fact that Trump actually did something in response to Syria's use of chemical weapons.

what will be the spin if Trump somehow pulls off the impossible and achieves a diplomatic solution with China and SK on board?

"Trump gave up too much and has entrenched a dictator engaged in the largest humanitarian crisis since the Holocaust"

?

Let's try something here. If the media said that Trump "drew a line in the Sand" would that be acceptable to you? It is probably more appropriate, but do you think that "establishing a red line" is all that different?

A red line is more like a warning point and a line in the Sand is more of a threat condition imo.

I am of the opinion that we have crossed a threshold of "__________ Derangement Syndrome" that we will never again rally behind a President. The divide is too firmly entrenched.

Are you talking specifically about the Seth Rich story Trump co edited with Fox News?

He sent out another one of his stupid tweets that I absolutely loathe. That is all that happened.

Fair enough?

It wasn't a tweet. He made a statement that seemed loosely prepared at his "major" opioid briefing. I think the whole opioid briefing was an excuse to make the threat, considering that most of the people on his special committee weren't even there.

I mean...did Trump's statement not imply a certain "line" to cross?

He actually failed at creating a certain line, which is why people have been interpreting his meaning anyway they choose.

He said threats beyond the normal state (as in the state of constant rhetoric and saber rattling from NK).

Obama made a pretty certain line in his remarks, so it was easy to gauge the response to crossing it.

That's not even mentioning the ridiculous timing of calling out his "red line bluff" or whatever you want to call it. 30 seconds after this went down, y'all were saying he was weak for not following through. That's not really how this works, especially with NK.

You have the answer to your question.

And I was sure the "statement" was in a tweet as well but I avoid following this drivel. Voted for the man but his erratic form of communication drives me crazy.

I have hear snippets of people attempting to say Trump didn't back up his redline talk concerning NK and I just roll my eyes.

The dishonesty of the media, the left, and the GOPe is almost too much anymore. We as voters really need to take Washington back and get rid of the pretenders. It is so corrupt. We also need more alternate media that gets the truth out, and the MSM continues to get exposed.

US gets China to exert force on NK to end its nuclear/missile programs. that's the dream scenario

whether it's fully above board or a regime change is irrelevant in the big picture

Are you saying @real's tweet this AM constituted "fire and fury like the world has never seen?"

Is this
quote:

North Korea will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen if it threatened the United States again.

that much different than
quote:

- North Korea will cross a red line if it threatens the United States again.

Seriously?
