Exactly. No need to send anyone "back home" where they've never lived.

No they don't, if they did they would kill DACA.
There's nothing to backup that statement except your unconditional love for Donald Trump.
The majority of Americans who care either way are fine with dreamers sticking around and continuing to work hard.

That's what I'm saying, as a Republican myself. We all know illegals vote. But there are what? 800,000-1,000,000 dreamers. Why focus on them? There are millions of illegals the feds could deport and nobody would have a valid argument as to why it shouldn't be done. Somewhere between 10-25 million research suggests. So why focus on such a small group?

Makes no sense.

The base will not vote GOP in 2018 if they pass amnesty bills instead of repealing ObamaCare like they promised their voters.

They will pay dearly for that.

Do you have any legal training? If so, you must have forgotten the part about Separation of Powers.

I personally have no problem with every policy point of DACA. My problem with it is that it needs to be Legislation and not an EO.

Make Congress do the one thing that they hate to do: do their jobs. Legislate and stop relying on the Chief Executive to usurp the Legislative Branch's constitutional duty to LEGISLATE.

I don't want Trump or any other POTUS to legislate via EO simply because Congress abrogates their primary constitutional duty to LEGISLATE.

Every policy in DACA is fine with me, so long as it is a creation of the Legislative Branch and NOT the Executive Branch. Make Congress do its fricking job.

Why are y'all so hell bent on deporting people who grew up here from the time they were babies? How does this help anything?

I don't have a problem with them potentially staying; however, something needs to be done to show it is not acceptable to come to the country illegally. We are not an open border and are a soveriegn nation.

So make them work for their right to stay here and prevent any way of them being given federal voting rights as the Dems only promote the continued issue to try to capture more power from a voting base.

This didn't bother you at all before 2012 did it? If it did I missed you posting about it.

Did it bother you at all before 2012? I bet half of y'all didn't even care when it was first enacted, but now Dear Leader brings it up and it's a bandwagon ride.

That kids born here to illegal immigrant parents? Yeah, I've been bothered about it for quite a while. That's why I keep pulling the lever for someone I hope will correct the problem.

Getting cucked on everything is not preferable to getting cucked on some things. It's a nose/face, baby/bathwater thing.

Can we send the anchor baby, Bobby Jindal, back to India? Or Ted Cruz back to Canada or Cuba?

Do you have any training in reading comprehension? The OP is opposed to legislation for DACA. That is what we are talking about.

800,000-1,000,000 dreamers = 1.6 to 2 million parents of those dreamers.

Trump lost Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, and New Hampshire by a total of 508,064 votes.

That's 7 states. Half a million votes. Add in the dreamers who've come of age, you're talking about a potential of more than 2 million illegal votes. Doesn't sound insignificant to me, putting aside the fact that just being in this country is against the law.
