I just read the entire 25 page unclassified intelligence report and it's a joke

Nowhere in it does it provide any proof that the Russians actually hacked into anything dealing with the 2016 presidential election.
It is nothing but suppositions and speculation.
It uses terms like "probable", "highly probable" "likely", "very likely", "moderate confidence" and "high confidence".
Their graph shows that "likely" is 70% likely to be correct.
"Very likely" is 80% likely to be correct.
"Probable" means 70% likely to be correct.
"Highly probable" means 80% likely to be correct.
It even states that they have no facts that prove their judgments are correct. In fact they say they may be wrong.
It states that "High confidence generally indicates that judgments are based on high-quality information from multiple sources. High confidence in a judgement does not imply that the assessment is a fact or a certainty; such judgments might be wrong."
It also states that "Moderate confidence generally means that the information is credibly sourced and plausible but not of sufficient quality or corroborated sufficiently to warrant a high level of confidence."
In fact most of the report talks about RT America TV and its attempt to influence Americans' thinking.
All of the examples they gave were RT trying to influence left wingers to believe the Russian government's point of view regarding the USA and its democracy.
The only thing that I got out of the entire report is that we should not allow RT to broadcast their Russian propaganda in the USA.
If anyone who has read the report disagrees with my assessment of the report then I'd like to hear their assessment.

I don't think you know how to use that phrase.

While the unclassified version can't provide the 100% fidelity that blurry pictures of sea monsters and infowars birther stories can, I'm asking my friends on the p-board to keep an open mind about this.

Thanks for saving some of us the reading...whew! Never doubted your conclusion either...

In fairness, neither do any of the other numbnuts around here that use it.
They should just switch to "I disagree vehemently!"

Obviously, you haven't read the entire report.
If you had read it and you disagreed with my assessment then you could point out in the report where I am wrong.

I literally read RT a handful of times during the election.
The stories I read usually were stories already in the MSM, they just had a few quotes from people who was European speculating over the topic covered in the article sometimes.
I am not sure what fake news they ran. I didn't read them that much. I'm sure most people didn't either. Yes there was Internet trolls who pushed the stories but they may not have been paid and could just be Internet trolls who like RT.
So thier assessment is they pushed stories that most didn't read and it somehow hacked the election.

Nah, it's clear that we invented the country of Russia as a false flag so the liberal Illuminati could consolidate their power over the sheeple.
Ever notice how this "Putin" guy is always played by the same actor?

I read it and came to the same conclusion. Nothing in there is stated as fact or backed with any actual evidence. It's one giant report to say we aren't really sure. I came away thinking well this wasn't highly influenced by the Obama administration at all

The progressives are in a panic now because they can now see that their ship has already left dock and is now sinking...

We'd love to see the evidence. Until then, well . . .

There is more proof for the existence of sea serpents in one frame of any of my 3 videos than there is proof that the Russians were the hackers in the entire 25 pages of the unclassified intelligence report.

Nothing you said is wrong. It's just hilarious how your melting about an intelligence report defining terms and not disclosing classified information.
Next week congressional leaders will get a classified report on the hacking. Among them will be Trump supporter Sen Bob Corker. And everyone on this board will ignore it when he says he's convinced.
