not so fast my friend. its the votes of the actual electors that we will count on the floor of the House of Reps. the whole reason this thread exists is that before we know who the electors vote for, we don't know who "won".
the winning bigly happens when the electors votes are counted.
and if 50 or so electors pick McMullen or you 33, then no one has "won" because without those 50 EV, Trump would not have his necessary 270.
if no one hits 270 in the electors voting, then
the house has to vote for any of the top 3 vote getters on the first House ballot.
after that, they can vote for anyone.
someone has to get the 270 to finish this off.
its likey to happen on day one.
but the process is as I related.

Only if those EV stood. However, they would most certainly be challenged and tossed. So no one would reach 270 and it would go to the House (as JoshN posted on 1st page).

Even if Hillary wins (by "flipping" 38 to herself) doesn't the House have to affirm/accept that?

All the Democrats have to do is say the election results were FAKE/Hacked by the Russians. The corrupt scum in the CIA will back it up with lies and generated evidence.

The problem is that Obama said today that the election, itself, was fine and its integrity intact. No hacking or manipulation of votes (outside of the usual Democrat methods, obviously) were detected.
