They can’t flee or be offered shelter in Israel. I don’t see it as an Israel issue either. They have been given plenty of notice to get the hell out.
All I know is 3 days ago Israel put out the warning to get out. I hope no innocent people die but in war it happens. They have the ability to get out to wherever for shelter with in Gaza or not. Hamas and the supporters in Gaza put themselves in this position.

I have an idea... Israel should just take a chapter out of the Leftists playbook here in the USA and just change some words and erase history.
Just rename Gaza something like Judahstan and pretend it's a criminal trespass situation and then push them into the sea.

The fate of the citizens rests in their own hands. Cower and die with the people responsible for the situation or rise up en masse and overwhelm the evil within their midst. Yes, many will die in the mission but that is what has to happen to overthrow and destroy the ones using them as shields. Either certainly die as a shield or live or die honorably with a fight.
But at this point, not Israel’s problem.

President Biden and his Democrat administration order a secret attack on Russia. Russia responds by seiging America with a barrage of indiscriminate rockets and missiles in preparation for a full-scale ground invasion. The Biden administration orders a stop on all Americans attempting to flee the U.S. and avoid the war. There is no way out and all civilians and their families are forced to remain in the conflict zone.
Although Russia has an obligation to mitigate civilian casualties, they use the same rationale you proposed. Does that change the calculation?
