Does that change the calculation?
No. If you know your house is gonna get blown up in a bombing are you staying or trying to find a way to live. I’m taking my chances and fleeing and making someone shoot me in the face in Egypt.
Are the citizens crying out for help to get the hostages out safely? Nope

International law is a total fiction. Israel knows this, and they don’t give a frick about it.

To where?
Egypt. Cyprus in a row boat. It really doesn’t matter.
It’s not Israel’s problem that Hamas won’t let its citizens out, or that none of the Muslim Arab nations will take them.

No. At that point it would be time to rise against tyrants and die if need be to go out on my own terms.

It’s funny to me that everyone acts like Gaza is filled with a bunch of innocent bystanders. Their general populace is Hamas supporters and sympathizers. If you’re not, you grab your family and start walking.
For those acting like this is some logistical nightmare. If you had 3 days to get out of your homeland, I feel certain you would know a way and make it happen. I’m not buying all this they have no way out bs.

Agreed.
Plus since the inception of the UN over half of the UN resolutions have been against the Nation of Israel. The international community will always side against Israel and their mouthpieces in the media will spout their nonsense

There is no such law when dealing with terrorists.

Pretty much.
If they aren’t uniformed combatants (regulars), they are spies and saboteurs who can be shot upon capture.

That's the conundrum here. The civilian Palestinians, who number well over 1 million, didn't attack innocent people. Hamas did.
How should Israel respond to the civilians?
Hamas doesn't care about the Palestinian people. If they did the 'innocent' citizens would not be left to run and hide from bombs exploding in Gaza.
the UN or any other country should not have any say whatsoever about wanting to provide humanitarian aid to Gaza.
these countries or organizations provide no help to these people who are oppressed because of Hamas.
they want to destroy Israel and every innocent human being in the nation of Israel.
they should pray to their Allah Snackbar for help.

I'm not sure ultimately that the military is going to have much of a legitimate option. They have to go in and gopher hunt those tunnels. That means lots of people dead.

They have already violated the law of proportional response. I doubt they have any interest in following international law as they don’t have to.

Doesn't apply, they are not fighting an army of a nation.

Cyprus certainly doesn't need those fricking animals, there is already enough Islamic filth in the north.
