Vindicated to be honest. The majority of this idiot board, who would struggle to make a ham sandwich, constantly said he was conservative. Now it's so objectively not true that I'm laughing my arse off at the morons.

Of course he was going to succumb to the Democrats. He's an a-hole who only sides with people who blow him the hardest. The man has no morals or ideology outside of himself. Anyone who couldn't see it is obviously stupid.

This is what so many have forgotten admist the furor dems have been stoking about the extremist right-wing trump... He was originally a dem. Didn't like how far left they were taking a lot of things, and ran as a repub. I didnt vote for a hardcore repub. i voted for someone who to me seemed like he would end up being fairly moderate when all is said and done.

I could go back to 2016, but everyone really. I could link it, but it's kind of a moot point. I'm out and about now to where I will tomorrow, but most of the posters here did.

Edit: Sorry Sentrius, I'm a fan but here's a thread where several dozen posters fairly recently insist Trump is conservative. First to pop up on my google search: LINK

Probably should have done it on day one.

ETA: The Republicans are mostly NeverTrumpers. He should have been playing the sides against each other from day one.

Reaching across the aisle and working for a common good is what a president (and congress) should do. It rarely has happened in the last 30 years but that is the only way to make progress. If both sides just sit and fight you get what we've had for way too long.

I don't blame him. He tried working with the GOP and they got nothing accomplished. Working with both sides is what a President is supposed to do in the first place. We just haven't seen it recently.

2016, working with Dems was the sign of being a cuck or a RINO. Now it's accepted & celebrated because Trump does it.
