Uhaul chart TX & CA

Definitely states that it costs 4 times more to rent a Uhaul from TX to go to Cali - which means, there is much more demand to leave Cali for TX, at least 4 times as many people moving out of CA toward TX than the other way around.

Funny bc I was about to post that stretches of Hollywood Blvd have always been shitholes. At least within my adult life.

You would be correct.

Went to the Walk Of Fame about 20 years ago and realized I could buy a “glass pipe” from the storefronts along there. Keep it classy, Hollywood.

“Pipe” being their insistent terminology there. Call the Scooby Doo head water pipe a bong at Venice Beach and you get asked to leave.

Looked into Uhaul. First quotes were 50% of the costs of a new trailer. Just picked up a new trailer and I’m heading out next month.

Even if I take a bath in the sale, I can drive cross country in something new and not a piece of shite rental.

Picked up my daughter in Austin two weeks ago, went by the student COOP on Guadalupe and there was a home less guy walking on the sidewalk with his dick out

Brought her back today to start school and the vagrants and druggie weirdos were all over 6th street, very few tourists, restaurants were empty

NY and LA go the way of Detroit. Good riddance.
