Do we know that Hannity made that request?

Cohen says he did, Hannity supposedly said he didn't. Neither are very believable, so who knows.

Like Mueller is investigating something or other about Trump, what, exactly, is the something or other crime that Cohen is being investigated for and what does it have to do with Trump??

Mueller is not investigating Cohen. The USAttorney for the SDNY is.

Mueller found information that Cohen had paid off Stormy with a home loan during the campaign. He sent that info to the USA for the SDNY.

USA decides there might be a crime (bank fraud, campaign finance, etc.). He seeks a search warrant for Cohen. That has to go high up in Justice to get approved, BUT NOT TO MUELLER. Then it goes to a judge, who signs off. Again, that has nothing to do with Mueller or his investigation.

He likely didn't if he didn't consider himself a client. Probably never imagined his name would come up if all he did was get consults here and there.

I can see that. By why in the frick would Hannity seek legal advice from Cohen?

Hannity can afford real lawyers.

Sean Hannity would respond if it were true that Obama’s personal lawyer, the target of a criminal investigation, was also secretly the lawyer for Rachel Maddow—and she had been using her show to defend the lawyer without disclosing that relationship.

Yes. I’m a Republican. I don’t like Sean Hannity because I know this is exactly what he would do.

He’s a broken record on his radio show, says the same stuff over and over again. He must have lists of points related to certain events pasted around his studio because when a topic arises he lists ad nauseum, word for word, the exact same thing every time in the same order.

He’s a mental midget. There are plenty of conservative pundits I follow and like, Hannity is not one.

If they are friends, I could see him reaching out for his perspective, or things coming up in a setting that was more social in nature.

I ask my doctor friend things all the time, even when I seek the official services of a different one. Sometimes as a primer ahead of a visit, sometimes to get his take on what another doctor told me.

Hannity was witness to what they (Obama IRS) did to Dinesh D'Souza; and Hannity has been far more effective in exposing the corruption of the Obama Adm. than D'Souza was. I'm sure Hannity knew this was coming, in some way, shape or form.

Meuller is all in, being criminally culpable re U-1 (Rackateering/Conspiracy); He's not going down without a fight. God only knows what kind of rotting flesh will be exposed if Trump's draining/exposing of the Deep State continues.

That was a nicely wrapped package to out source the investigation to get the results Mueller thinks he can get.

shite man, I don't know. Like did they do blow off hookers' asses together, were godparents to each others kids, or what? Clearly they knew each other. Getting a bit nit picky at this point.

Did Hannity assume those conversations were privileged?

If not, they can become public record.

There might be nothing to what was said between the two and then just forcing it out there gives way for the feeding frenzy we see now. I think the relationship this judge had with Playboy and the case here calls for recusal. But she has already made hay with her presence.

But It definitely sounds like they seized the whole Trump file, things not even related to Stormy Daniels, and you and I both know all of that information, totally unrelated to what you state is the purpose, will be released.

No, he recused himself because he was a Trump supporter.

In this day and age, Democrats can investigate (provide cover) for other Democrats and Republicans have to recuse from investigating other Republicans.

It’s a really nice set up for the Dems.

I agree. I tune in occasionally to see if he has anything new to add. He does have some inside info.

The reason he sounds like a broken record is issues come and go with no action. He hammers on them to try to get action. It's needed but boring.

The first 15 minutes of his program decides if I listen any longer or not.

The first 15 minutes of Limbaugh's show does the same.
