Are we all in need of crazy pills? This is all nuts. Graham acting all stunned...Do you think they all knew about this?
Comey does the sudden fake email thing and this...

Sen. Lindsey Graham called on former FBI Director James Comey to be "held accountable" for reports that he knowingly acted on false intelligence, calling the move by the former bureau chief "incredibly incompetent."
CNN reported Friday that while serving at the FBI during the 2016 election, Comey acted on a critical piece of Russian intelligence pertaining to the Hillary Clinton email investigation that he knew to be false.
Speaking on "State of the Union," Graham on Sunday said the report was "stunning" and called for Comey's actions to be scrutinized in response.

Instead, the official said, the bureau and other agencies have relied on analysis done by the third-party security firm CrowdStrike, which investigated the breach for the DNC.

But if you dare suggest that he acted on false Intel in the Trump probe, like say.... a fake dossier or a bunch of fake news from anonymous sources, liberals start flinging their own shite like zoo animals.

Comey had the document faked as a reason to justify exonerating HRC, remember he and his brother received millions from CGI. Comey's only other option was to be murdered by the Clinton's. The last minute headfake was a false flag after they thought Hillary had it in the bag.

I said in another thread that the FBI pawned this off on other orgs to not bare the brunt if it came crashing down, lookie lookie. It's happening.

I'm starting to imagine a future in which Comey is perp- walked.

Comey was under investigation by IG for performance in 2016.

He should be prosecuted, as should many in the BHO IC.

Comey is one of the most bizarre public figures in U.S. government we've ever had. Honestly, I still don't understand what this latest story is really even about.
Here is how Holman W. Jenkins Jr. of the WSJ characterized it ( LINK):
So we are supposed to believe that Comey found out about this email, knew that it was faked by Russian intelligence, and thus decided to publicly reopen his Clinton investigation (on October 28, 2016) so that the Russians would not try to damage the FBI's reputation for him having exonerated Clinton previously back in July 5, 2016.
Man, that is a stretch.
Wouldn't a normal person in that situation decide that the faked Russian email was a legitimate reason to put more resources into investigating the Russians? Jeez. What an idiot.
One almost gets the impression that the real reason that Comey was spooked by the fake Russian email was because it referenced an underlying truth--i.e., that he was guilty of having improperly bowed to DNC pressure to exonerate Hillary Clinton in July 2016.

The other shoe was dropped by the Washington Post. Finally we have details of an alleged email exchange showing influential liberals trusting in then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch to corral an inquiry into Hillary Clinton’s email practices. According to the Post, this email appears not to exist. It was cited in a secret Russian intelligence document that inspired FBI chief James Comey to usurp the attorney general’s role and publicly clear Mrs. Clinton of intelligence mishandling. Allegedly, he feared the real email (which didn’t exist) would surface and discredit any Justice Department announcement clearing Mrs. Clinton.

He certainly seems to deserve it, but I'm not sure a charge can be brought for "blatantly incompetent overreach and improper over-politicized meddling."
Here's my take on the proper course of FBI action, and I don't think it should have been too difficult for any director to have followed this:
#1. Do not exonerate Hillary Clinton with a tell-all press conference on July 5, 2016. Charge with her obstruction, and make a plea deal if you feel you want to get out of the political race, but do NOT exonerate.
#2. DO make a public statement in July 2016 that you are opening an investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election campaign. You don't have to spill any details, but the public at least deserves to know that intelligence is being faked, false news stories fabricated, and armies of trolls used to influence journalists and other public figures.
#3. Keep your damn mouth shut in the weeks leading up to election day.
#4. If the President tries to pressure you into closing an investigation, then make a note of that and inform the appropriate members of Congress immediately that you want more resources to keep the investigation open.
Just basic stuff here, and yet Comey didn't get a single part right. What a jackass.
