Why?

He will have the funding to do it and he already has the authorization to do it.”

No kidding. Now what are we to make of Trump's assumption that Congress would rubber stamp funding for the wall?

Look at all these shitheads pretending they don't understand that the border wall not being funded/built would just reinforce the beliefs that made us vote for Trump.

Oh you mean the washington cartel DOESNT want to keep Central Americans from flooding the country? Gosh what a surprise.

You mean the swamp really does control everything? OMG I should have voted for Kasich!

I would have a lot more respect for yall if you would just openly gloat that the swamp always wins and you're happy about that.

I'm not even worried about it. I trust Our President

lol

He has yet to get a single piece of legislation through congress.

His budget was dead on arrival.

I sure love his core supporters though.

Nope.

Not only did your president say Mexico would pay for it.

He said it multiple times throughout the campaign.

So the conclusion is he was trolling you and didn't understand the constitution.

The first list of counties are the the counties that we currently import the most avocados from right behind Mexico. FWIW, avocados travel well. They can be picked green and ripen fine off the tree.

For what? Why does he have an incentive to slap a tariff on those counties?

Paul Ryan want's to slap a 20% tariff on all counties FWIW...and Trump is against it.

I'll send a note to Trump and tell him to put a Mexican avocado tariff exemption in the renegotiated NAFA deal just for StraightCashHomey21.

Ever notice how the wall has no real support from border state legislators?

If I were a Private Investigator, this would have my interest piqued and willing to spend a lot of time finding out "why", they wouldn't want a wall put up if it meant better control of our borders.

With all the crime that takes place in some towns on the border that is puzzling.

I'm not a fan of the wall, let me make that clear, but I am puzzled why someone on the border who is a supposed legislator would be against it if it was proven it would help them in their fights against the Cartel i.e. human trafficking and drug smuggling/illegal immigrants.

Maybe because outside of building something like the Berlin Wall, a border wall wouldn't really do anything to prevent human trafficking and drug smuggling?

I think it's three things primarily- first, economics; second, voters having access to family members (both documented and undocumented) ; and third, land rights- a wall is going to require eminent domain seizures on a lot of ranches that have been around for generations.
