I have these same questions. I actually have a bunch of additional questions, but I'll let the attorneys ask these predicated on what Mueller releases. Which will be released by his press person. Which is interestingly enough the former press person from the FBI that was in charge of media for the tarmac incident.
Follow the facts where they lead, and hopefully they don't start to make up facts. Although based on what I've seen so far from the Keystone Cops, I wouldn't put it past them.

Redactions don’t have to mean something is classified. Could be considered intra-agency/deliberative, etc.

Naw, he's just a narcissistic dude who played along with Barack Obama's banana republic bullshite and tried to protect his job security in blackmailing the President by refusing to clarify to the public that the President himself was not under investigation.
Problem for Comey was the President has bigger balls than he does and called his bluff and now he's getting shouted down by whiny SJWs at Howard university.
