Tell that to the people who were in contact with the guy in the 4 or 5 days he was contagious. Tell that to the hospital workers he exposed. Tell that to any victims here who die from the exposure.

Its pretty damn warm in TX right now and he is sick so good chances he was sweating and sneezing. Not near as hard as you may think. He wont be the only case.

Maybe not, but hopefully one would remember being directly sneezed on within the last week. Sweat is pretty much irrelevant unless you just happened to get his sweat on a portion of your skin with an open lesion.

Do you understand the epidemiologic difference between the JrHigh-level quote you copied, and the one vis-a-vis the CDC which was provided for you earlier in the thread?

You realize that the virus still has to get into your bloodstream, right?

You can't get it simply by touching a doorknob with intact skin that an infected person sneezed on.

The Bilderberg depopulation program begins.

I'm gonna stockpile antivirals just in case.

I've been hearing since 1996 about various shite that is going to kill us now. Aids, african bees, global warming, BP oil spill, and the Japan nuke plant meltdown.
Can you all please just make it happen please.

I, too, have noticed how authorities are saying that it's difficult to acquire ebola, and that those in medicine working around it "know exactly what they are doing"...

yet, they are still catching it. That doesn't add up.

Unfortunately, a global pandemic is inevitable. What and when is the only question. Most likely a extremely virulent flu strain. In areas with access to modern medicine, the death tolls won't be as bad. And you'll see lower mortality in upper economic group's for a multitude of reason's.

There is little chance of any Ebola pandemic here. Having said that, there is significant chance that people will die horrible deaths, unnecessarily. There is inevitable unnecessary personal cost involving scores of Americans in this case alone.

From a CDC standpoint, lack of quarantine in this instance approaches incompetence levels of the Secret Service allowing a man to jump a fence, trot across the WH lawn, go through the front door, and proceed to the East Room. It's awful.
