“It is in this context,” they continued, “that the department must consider the effects of climate change -- such as sea level rise, shifting climate zones and more frequent and intense severe weather events -- and how these effects could impact national security.”

The DoD should consider everything, including alien invasion and asteroid collisions. So yes, consider the affects of Global Warming on national security, and they when you are done, move on to the mid-morning coffee break and then to more important matters.

Climate change is just a huge conspiracy. The US government is paying 95% of scientists to "believe" in climate change. The payments are coming from a super secret fund (I read about it in Hillary's emails).
