What's wrong with his analysis? Montenegro was subject of attempted coup, and yes, us ignoring this issue is relevant to Putin's interests.

Hey John, the reason there was an attempted coup in Montenegro last year was because former PM Milo Dukanovic is essentially a mobster and attracted protests from vast swaths of Montenegrin society. But I guess McCain is sympathetic to Dukanovic considering he's a criminal as well.
