McCain and Graham are all part of the neocons who are IMHO stupidly hawkish. Rand Paul is right to question Montenegro's entry into NATO...they bring nothing to the table, they don't border Russia.
You bring a military alliance all the way to the border of Russia and you don't think they might see that as ....provocative? especially when they did not really threaten us militarily prior to NATO expansion into the Baltics.
Whether Trump is it or not I think this is a bad move.
