Yes.
Just one example is the federal student loan program. Hey, let's make college affordable to everyone.
All it did was put students/parents in terrible debt and raise the cost of higher education faster than the rate of inflation. Now, higher education is out of reach for many due to costs....

They internet feed at SLU entire campus was out. Got hacked. So did LSU but recovered quickly. I remember we couldn't charge anything at the concession stand....

Where I worked they had separate waste baskets for plastic bottles & cans. They had green garbage bags in the to note they were recyclable. I asked the janitor what they did with the green bags. They put them in the trash compactor with the black bags. LOL. CEO thought she was saving the planet....
