As far as I'm aware, this was only done once, with Nixon. It was not challenged.

Probably not. There is no love lost between the Obamas and the Clintons. Obama depended on Hillary to continue his legacy She failed him, and Trump is set to wipe away everything he did.
I wouldn't, however, put it past Obama to try and be the first President to pardon himself before leaving office. He's just arrogant enough to try it.

A couple of others have said it and I agree, "Obama has skin in this game". He hired her. He received emails from her. An investigation of her would show his part in the mess. Yes, it will admit that she is dirty. But the whole world knows that, only the libtards won't admit it. I vote yes, a pardon is coming for Hilldawg.
A "Bill pardon" for the CGI is super interesting. Obama has no finger prints on this one, maybe? Unless, he was aware of the "pay to play" by his SOS and somehow contributed or allowed? Or does Slick Willie pay Obama enough to save his behind? I don't think Slick Willie and Obama like each other at all. I say no pardon here unless Obama has skin in the game or receives Clinton cash. A pardon means that there is cleary a crime of some type with the foundation.

Yes. He has no choice. If HRC is indicted, HRC will cut a deal with the prosecution in exchange for testimony incriminating Obama.
