There are some distinct body language cues that seem to show her unhappy.

Meh-if not, she will get there.
She has probably lived a life consisting mostly of a close social circle and Trump Tower. It will take time for her to acclimate to DC, security, travel, etc.
Michelle Obama wasn't exactly the happiest camper when she moved to DC, and she wasn't quiet about it.
In short: nothingburger.

She probably could've done without being first lady and been perfectly happy. She's definitely not thrilled. That being said she'll come around eventually, hopefully.

I'm sure it's a HUGE change from her normal life. I couldn't imagine going from hanging in private social circles to being the First Lady with all the media/tabloids going HAM on you. Seems miserable to me.
