re: Do You People Want Every Single Illegal Immigrant Deported No Matter What?

Sure. But why follow laws now?
So, these people can get right with the law, work, pay taxes, and contribute to American society fully. They are here and have been here for years. Deporting them will be a nightmare. Our Constitution affords them Due Process which means that every single one of them will have to go through deportation proceedings in the immigration courts before an immigration judge. Do you know how long that will take and what that will cost?
And, this group isn't leaving on their own. They have no where to go and only know America. This is not the group that will self-deport once you make things hard on them.
Deport the criminals, of course.

2. Identify those here illegally. If contributing then allow them to stay as a guest worker and put them on the road to citizenship.
This is the part I have a problem with. We have a path to citizenship. They chose to ignore it.
I don't believe we reward illegal behavior with the benefits of citizenship. You want some kind of legal residency? Fine, we can talk about it, but citizenship is off the table unless they go back to their country of origin and start over.
As for the kids, there are several solutions. First, minor children can go with mom and dad back to the mother country. When 18, they can re-enter the U. S. as full citizens with proof of birth in the U. S. Mom and dad cannot re-enter unless they do so legally, and not on the coattails of the kids.
If they were not born here, they have the right to apply for citizenship as everyone else does.
If they were born here and are now adults, then the aforementioned legal residency will suffice, but no citizenship, no voting rights.

qoute "Treating a 3 year old the same way you treat a 25 year old drug dealing gang-banger is not a just law. We don't do that in any other realm of American jurisprudence. Why just here?"
We arent putting the 3yr old in prison. They are just being sent home. Start adding all those 3yr olds up. Then figure the cost to taxpayers to educate, provide healthcare and in most cases welfare. All to an individual illegally here and have no constitutional right to those dollars. Then think about American citizens that have a right to that support but dont get it cause the system is overwhelmed by illegals.

You do realize that the law already says that if they are born here they are U.S. citizens?

I really don't want to lose my housekeeper. She's really good and the best one I've ever had. She even dusts my blinds, although my blinds are looking tired because she dusts them so much.

How can a child understand the law?
How can a child refuse to come when they are brought here by force?
It is a different category of people altogether.

Then why don't you start a thread about that?
That's not what I'm talking about. AND, you are breaking the law by employing her. Way to go.

Every illegal must be deported. Period

You can stay IF:
1. get fingerprinted
2. get photographed
3. Get DNA on file.
If 1-3 identify problems, DEPORT.
All these are required by DoD so I already have done these in my life as a US citizen.
Small tasks for those who want to stay here.

Every last one needs to go back to Mexico. Then after we build the wall we will have a nice little door and everyone coming through the door will be accounting for.

A lot of them do not know until they are older. Why would they? They are children.

That is all fine. Why not?

Yes. If they really cared, they would have started the legal process to become a US citizen no mater when they were brought here. The fact that they did not and have continued their lives is a slap in the face to our laws & county. All 12+ million could stay here if they did things legally.

Ones who have a consistent job, place to live, and will pay taxes should go through a probationary period

So using your same logic. If the same parents run a illegal pyramid scheme and buy their minor child a home and other assets with their ill gotten gains, the children should be allowed to keep it to the detriment of those who funded the illegal scheme....because they are "victims"
Most of these "victims" were impoverished, that is why they left their country. They were then given free education, welfare and health care they would have never had in their own country. These freebies were all funded by the taxpayers of this country. Our children will be paying the debt for our generosity. I sympathize with them, but we can't afford to support their overwhelming numbers any longer. It is them or us fiscally speaking. We cant afford to permit the mindset of government dependence to destroy our way of life.
