These millenial clowns have no idea about anything.

If someone else has it, and they want it, then it's a right. The little sub-cultures are even worse. The militant atheists, hipsters, etc.

you're right, I mean if I own a business it's my choice if I want to discriminate against blacks, right?

I think Gladius is just trying to understand are verbalize what the basis for a lawsuit for discrimination would be and not offering an opinion as to whether or not he feels this should or should not be permitted.

On the one hand this is a pretty stupid reason for atheists to get up in arms, but if you read the article the basis would be that it's discriminatory to charge atheists more than religious people for the same service.

And Ladies nights have been ruled discriminatory in some states.

Frankly, this is a stupid "case".

Yes, this is their argument. However it is a silly argument.

By definition, you don't have to be religious to pray.

If atheists were being charged more than menu price due to their lack of belief, you'd have a point.

But as somebody else stated, this is like a coupon. You can't say it's discrimination if you have to pay full price but I don't because I happen to have a coupon.

Nobody's rights are being denied here. I repeat, a discount is not a right.

Again, I think this whole thing is retarded and I hate when atheists do stupid shite like this, but...

These are one in the same. By charging those who are praying less, they are charging those who refuse to pray more.

All of this is dumb, regardless.

So are people who dont clip coupons also the product of coupon flyer discrimination?

Yes, but seeing as anyone can pray (it doesn't have to be to a god), it is a personal choice whether or not you do it.

So, seeing as this is a known discount, people are just choosing whether or not they want to get a discount.

No, they arent. menu price is the SAME FOR EVERYONE.

if you bow your head, you get a discount. like a coupon.

You know, it's times like this being an atheist is tough. Most of you are too stupid to successfully breath, let alone form cogent arguments.

It should be. But we have "approved" freedoms in the USA, not real freedom.

Based upon the wording of state statutes. California outlawed differences in pricing for protected classes. This would be illegal in CA.
