No they don't...the Dem's just want to make it easier for illegals and dead people to vote. They know blacks and latinos are not stupid, and many of them negotiate the federal system in ways that would impress the most cynical of us. I have had Section 8 renters who should have had their PhD's in negotiating the system...they can certainly get DL's and or ID Cards....

In '12 Obama didn't win a single state that has voter ID laws.. they can't win without cheating

I haven't read all 8 pages of this but from the democratic side it sounds like voter ID laws are a "slippery slope" that would lead to voter suppression. This sounds similar to the republican argument against any sort of increased screen on gun control.

Both plans seem like common sense to the opposition party, so would both sides compromise and allow for stricter background checks if it also meant government issued photo ID was required to vote or would this be both sides getting piss in their cheerios?

The fact is they do...it's just a Democratic ruse...no different that letting millions of illegals and bus them all over the country to certian places to overcome red state majorities...politics is a blood sport on every level!

Who gives a shite. It should be more about helping the people, not helping one race. The democratic party obviously has nothing to offer to black people, and the repubs are likely the same. They, politicians, just want to line their pockets whatever way possible.
