To me this is the most outrageous part. It doesn't really matter to DEA if there was or wasn't evidence to support a 2:00 AM visit by their SWAT. It doesn't matter if what they purchased was or wasn't used in making drugs. It doesn't even matter if they thought the people inside were a threat.
What mattered is the DEA wanted to show who's the boss and make sure a message was recieved. If you don't do what we tell you, you will suffer.

I'm sorry, ya'll are right. None of the people arrested that were connected was growing marijuana.

And operating under a presumption of innocence, you should agree. Unless of course you disagree with that premise.
Besides that, I have a lot more faith in an attorneys pointing out specific items on search warrant applications than in DEA refusing to comment on outrageous invasions of privacy.
But I am sure there's a good reason for DEA busting down a door with the SWAT team at 2:00am over 8 grams of pot.

Please explain to me how you justify all of the salaries paid to the members of the raid team while not even confiscating an ounce of weed. You cant justify it because its fricking ridiculous. They should all be fired for wasting the taxpayers money. There will be coming a time that you guys will held accountable and it cant get here fast enough.

My God.... so one bust yielding a large drug stash justifies kicking some lady's door in? On the suspicion of pot, brought about by an innocent purchase? I'm sure you often wonder why people don't respect law enforcement.
