The Dallas Police have had enough of the violence, anger and divisiveness of Black Lives Matter. Now they are finally doing something about it.
Patrick Zamarippa, was murdered during the Dallas shooting and now his father is suing the Black Lives Matter organization for $550 million.
“While Defendant Black Lives Matter claims to combat anti-black racismthe movement has in fact incited and committed further violence, severe bodily injury and death against police officers of all races and ethnicities,” said the lawsuit.
“Black Lives Matter is in fact a violent and revolutionary criminal gang,” said the lawsuit. So true.
“I want justice for my son He protected his country, and he protected everybody.
And he gave up his life doing that,” said Patrick’s father Enrique Zamarippa. Do you think Black Lives Matter will get what is coming to them?

Are they an actual organization that can be sued?

Good thing they looted all those TV's. After selling those they'll be able to pay this without even touching the issuance money they've gotten off burning their own businesses.

The best of this suit will be if they can trace BLM's funding back to Soros.

Soros gave them 30 million

I'm not giving WaPo clicks but they have a Sept 2016 piece on this suit.

This makes me happy. I'd love to give a little power back to the families of our police officers. It's been rough since the shooting.
And even if this lawsuit isn't a planned attack against Soros funding, I hope someone else picks up this strategy and at least wastes some of his time & resources.

So dallas police=father of officer?
Also, i dont like BLM but he (the father) will lose this case. The person who murdered his son wasn't associated with BLM. In fact, the police chief said the shooter was angry with BLM and not associated with any groups.
So how does he plan to win this case?

The situation was started by BLM protests....maybe something along those lines? I'm sure the attorneys have thought it thru over the last 6 months

For all its talk of being a street uprising, Black Lives Matter is increasingly awash in cash, raking in pledges of more than $100 million from liberal foundations and others eager to contribute to what has become the grant-making cause du jour. The Ford Foundation and Borealis Philanthropy recently announced the formation of the Black-Led Movement Fund [BLMF], a six-year pooled donor campaign aimed at raising $100 million for the Movement for Black Lives coalition. That funding comes in addition to more than $33 million in grants to the Black Lives Matter movement from top Democratic Party donor George Soros through his Open Society Foundations, as well as grant-making from the Center

That's the guy that calls himself the leader of BLM.I imagine that he doesn't have a pot to piss in.He did reside in a nice house owned by an Open Boarders board member.Since that address was made public he probably has been moved.
looks like The Ford Foundation and George Soros are funding it.
Got to start somewhere.Start by suing BLM and it's leader/founder.
