Cruz is an idiot. We have term limits. They are called elections. If you re-elect a bad one, it's your own damn fault.

Until seniority doesn't mean squat in Congress, your statement is flawed. People are reluctant to vote out an incumbent bc they know it will be much harder for the new person to steer $ their direction.
