He did win in a landslide. 306 to 74 electoral votes.

I certainly hope it's longer than that.

CNN reporting Clinton got 2.9 million more votes BUT
Here's the rub...it doesn't fricking matter!
We don't have a popular vote system to elect presidents. Why won't they let this go?
[/quote˜
This is a like minded conspiracy, as opposed to colluding conspiracy, to get a constitutional amendment changing the electoral process to one man/ one vote winners.
Watch as it gains momentum, tho I doubt seriously the small states will allow it to pass in the super majority required.

It was because California.

whatever semantics you want to spin to defend the Fuhrer. My point remains, Trump isn't helping by even attempting to rub it in. Just another example of him being a divisive clown.

He did. It would noteworthy and remarkable to obtain 300+ electoral votes if he wasn't someone with 0 political experience. It's flat out amazing having someone that never held political office absolutely spank a name brand politician.
This curb stomping was a historical event, like it or not. What makes it even more remarkable is that Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan decided the election. Not Florida or Ohio.

Does this include the illegals that voted in LA and NY??

Trump isn't helping either when he says he won in a landslide.
As a pragmatist, I completely discount her advantage in over all votes because so many of her votes came from the dependent class and therefore are of little concern for me as they are a net drain on our society and economy.
The vote margin for the producers that voted for Trump versus the takers that voted for Hillary would negate any real life goodwill towards her having won the popular vote.
I, for one, would like it if no one could vote while on public assistance.
That would be a great way to save a society.
So in summary, I don't give two shits that the candidate of the freeloaders won the popular vote.

Protesting the EC is literally getting bogged down in semantics, you blithering hypocrite.

Stating the FACT that he won in a landslide isn't ribbing anything in.

Trump won the electoral college in a landslide

CNN becomes more of a joke everyday. They will try and discredit Trump every day for the next 4 years while he actually makes positive change in the world. He could make Chicago the safest city in the US and improve all of the inner city school systems and they would complain about it and say he had nothing to do with it.

Link to me complaining about the Electoral College? I've defended it relentlessly.

Uh, yeah it's exactly that and at best, it a half truth. Only fricktards think he won in an actual landslide. Even 306 electoral votes isn't considered a landslide, historically speaking.

At least I didn't vote for Trump

It doesnt matter in terms of results. However it is certainly unusual and note worthy. If Trump won the popular vote by almost 3 million votes but lost the EC you would not find this to be of any interest? Not worthy of any discussion?
I think you are being a bit silly tbh. Discrepancies between popular vote and EC are always an interesting news story because it showcases a highly unique element of our system.

He did. Look at the map.
Posted on 12/21/16 at 6:28 pm to Hugo Stiglitz
He won 304 votes. Thirty-four more than he needed.
That is all that matters.

If that be the case, then I stand corrected on your behavior regarding the EC.

What, in your feeble opinion, DOES count as one, then? From an EC standpoint, it was not close.

Your loss.

He does not need to sell you on this idea. And the reality is he never will.
He just needs to sell it to the Rust Belt States. And they are buying.
