Jesus said it's wrong. Read the Bible. He didn't turn water into bud for a reason.

And someone will inevitably say, "don't we have bigger things to worry about?"

The President gave strong consideration to your top two choices, losh, but both Cheech & Chong were unavailable.

You're ill informed.

Watch the last minute of the vid I posted

"It can happen to anyone. We need to treat people not jail them"
Chris Christie's cronies got jail time today for crimes that Chris pretends he knows nothing about. Guy is the last person just would take at his word.

This has nothing to do with pot.
This about opioids, and the fact that drug stores are being held up at gun point in broad daylight to get hold of the stuff, and that it's also taking quite a toll on people's lives and putting a strain on law enforcement. Lortab, promethazine, diazepam and other more lethal stuff is in high demand.

Less criminalization of drugs leads to less non-violent "criminals" being arrested, which leads to less people in prison, which leads to less people being denied jobs because of a criminal record, which leads to more people securing unskilled labor jobs, which leads to less people on public assistance, which leads to less government spending. That's not even thinking about the economic benefits of paying for less people in prison, the de-militarization of local police departments, and the restoration of the 4th Amendment.

So what about that corrupt, establishment politician makes him uniquely qualified to effectively address this issue?

I love how some people act as though pharmaceutical companies and pill mills aren't the cause of this epidemic.
