What is the end game? An overturn of roe? A striking down of any immigration law? Anything other than judeo Christian, white Anglo Saxon goals?

Conservative is an infinitely better adjective than liberal when it comes to judges. That should be everyone's opinion, regardless of politics.

a liberal Republican ended slavery. What happened to them? They got run out of your party. What did liberals do that was so offensive to the Republican party? I'll tell you what they did. Liberals got women the right to vote. Liberals got African-Americans the right to vote. Liberals created social security and lifted millions of elderly people out of poverty. Liberals ended segregation. Liberals passed the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act, Liberals created Medicare. Liberals passed the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act. What did Conservatives do? They opposed every one of those programs. Every one. So when you try to hurl the word 'liberal' at my feet, as if it were dirty, something to run away from, something that I should be ashamed of, it won't work, because I will pick up that label and wear it as a badge of honor.

Since you don't want to post on the poli board, I'll play along with you.

Let me ask you: what is the desire to have "liberal" justices on the SC?

I don't get the desire to have anyone who is significantly on either side being on the Supreme court. I want someone who can thoughtfully dissect an argument with no ties to whatever "side" and make a decision based off of what is right.

Protection of the Constitution.

Protecting of our individual freedoms and liberties.

Protection from the liberal village idiots that are hell bent in running this country into the ground through govt expansion and overreach.

How about not applying the Commerce Clause to every fricking thing in the world?

Let's start there.

To not have a liberal justice majority on the supreme court.

In my opinion, conservative justices are more likely to uphold the constitution while liberal justices are more likely to circumvent it.

Ummmm....Conservatives are mostly Constitutionalists and would like to have that be the foremost focus of rulings because that is the role of SCOTUS?
Just a guess.

It would be so nice to dial up more Federalism and dial down 'one size fits all' laws.
Imagine 50 states with more autonomy, each doing their own thing.

i think the stalling of creating instability in just making shite up on a federal level that flows down all the way down is a big selling point

but i am worried about the 4th Amendment getting shite on at the same time
