They are defending funding for services- Planned Parenthood isn't given a massive chunk of money, they're paid specifically for services rendered. That's why Trumpcare had to go to extraordinary lengths to exclude PP from Medicaid reimbursement-- they're a major healthcare provider and are paid for the services they provide.

It was a hot mike issue. I don't think it was recorded to frick trump just recorded bc someone turned it on. I gaurenteee you that access hollywood's arse is covered in the recording of it. They do this all the time.
The leak of it may have broken a law, but you would have to know who leaked it and how, along with the disclosure trump signed.

The unedited raw tape was available, and equally as disgusting, they edited nothing more than dead space where people left to go to the restroom etc.
