The allegations said the pair filmed 14 people without their consent between October 2013 and July 2015, most of them in San Francisco and Los Angeles counties. They were also charged with criminal conspiracy.
So in California, if you see someone breaking the law inside a building and film them doing it without their permission then you will be the one charged with violating the law.

Rails constantly against the authoritarianism of Trump and Sessions; supports the political witch hunt of two people that will just lose California money because the 9th Circuit has already ruled this kind of prosecution unconstitutional

You mean when Trump was knowingly wearing a microphone and filming an appearance on a tv show?
You do realize that the taping of the TV show was not going when he was taped, right? he would have reasonable expectations that they were not being filmed or recorded while not on air. You can see the difference, right?
Let me break it down for you. he was having a personal conversation and was recorded.
Don't get me wrong...I am glad he was exposed and it was shown....but to say the situations are different is not really factual.

I guess you only think laws should be enforced when you don't like the person breaking them

how is it facism?
haven't you heard? Anything you disagree with politically is called "facism" these days.

if we're going to go to immigration there's a thread on here about how ID theft and using fake credentials is a felony- that's what these thugs did as well.

So. Who, in your opinion, is more wrong?
The people who kill babies that survive abortions, and sell organs of aborted babies illegally....or the ones who get their admissions on tape illegally?
I mean...both did something illegal. Should both be prosecuted?

Don't expect an intelligent reply. You're talking to someone so fricking stupid that he thinks women have periods when they're pregnant.

Nah. You are lying and you know it. But that is okay. Have to suppress that dissent anyway you can.

So if 'Pro-Life' is now 'Anti-Abortion'...does that make 'Pro Choice' the 'Anti-Life' group?
Makes sense to me.

Is filming someone without their consent a crime? In what settings?

Seems to be perfectly legal if you are the police...
I would be curious to know if the State of California investigates every video to insure every person in every video on instagram, youtube, facebook, ect... signed a consent form to have their video taken.

I'm as pro-death as the OP but this is BS.

How dare those activists meddle with the sacrament of abortion. The left has good cause to be outraged.
