If you're going to be on a forum whose largest population is from Louisiana, then you should at least educate yourself about Louisiana's fight with the federal government over drinking age laws.

No, selective enforcement of the law is Fascism. But you knew that. What were they charged with? Violation of patient privacy laws? Because that was not the focus of the OP and his follow up. He was more concerned that they misrepresented the abortion industry through careful editing.
