All I can do is at CNN at this point...

It may not amount to anything, but it's still

A class action lawsuit was filed against CNN on Wednesday by former and current black employees for racial discrimination, according to the law offices of Daniel R. Meachum & Associates.
“As a result of the current discrimination lawsuit filed on behalf of DeWayne Walker vs. CNN, Time Warner & Turner, we have uncovered stories involving abuse of power, nepotism, revenge, retaliation and discrimination,” Daniel Meachum said in a statement.

The suit claims CNN discriminated upon employees in the company’s performance evaluation system because it is “implemented by managers exercising undue authority to make biased and inconsistent determinations with little or no oversight and/or feedback.”
The suit continues: “This system permits discrimination on the basis of race in evaluations, where raises, bonuses as well as further advancement within the Company, are based on biases ‘preferred qualifications’ implemented to disguise CNN’s true written and unwritten policies on compensation and advancement.”
Documents show the plaintiffs feel CNN’s “undue discretion of managers” is the reason “African-Americans, especially African-American makes, have historically received the lowest performance ratings than their Caucasians counterparts.”
The suit claims that “no factor” such as job grade or experience could explain the “race-based difference in scores.”

Next I want the fat wimmin to initiate a class action suit agains them for 'fat-shaming' - they don't have a single fatty on the air.
Neither do any of the other networks, but it'd be fun to see them be the focus of these kinds of worthless lawsuits.

CNN reaping what they sow
(1)Convince minorities its racism anytime something doesn't go their way
(2)Validate these claims through covering speculation before facts across the country
(3)Fire a minority
(4)[not] Profit

This lawsuit is going to make CNN claim in a legal filing that Quotas and Affirmative Action do not work.
This is just perfect.

First, let's assume this is a true statement. You are working for CNN, a notorious liberal organization. What do we know about liberals? Race is a huge issue for these people, so why should it come as a surprise that race is taken into account for performance appraisals? It shouldn't because race IS an issue to the left.

First, I'm guessing that makes is really males.
Second, They got the lowest possible performance rating but no factor other than race can be the difference in their scores? What are they trying to say other than the obvious the black males had the lowest scores? How can you color that in any other way?

Based off of what we are given you cant, but that's never stopped CNN. It's Pandora's box that they opened, they deserve this. This is fricking awesome/hilarious.

Now that right there is funny - I don't care who you are.
I will admit to not knowing CNN's personnel - I rarely watch them. It would be funny if they had to trot out Candy Crowley to prove they DIDNT discriminate agains fat wimmin.
Back when all the lefties from HRC on down were jumping on Trump for 'fat-shaming' the poor Ms Universe fattie, I wished that he would point out the dichotomy of those making the allegations against their own companions.

Since you are checking their grammar, there can't be a "lowest" between 2 things. One thing can only be lower than another thing, not lowest than it.
