Africans have experienced what a legit shithole is. They strive to ensure they never have to go back. They want to ensure their children and grandchildren never have to experience that shite.

The answer is institutional racism. In my experience though, usually the white kids have the worst performance, which is mostly just due to inferior genetics, exacerbated by awful parenting.

Secret to having a higher quality of life.
Stay in school
Dont do drugs
If college isnt for you (with a degree in a field that will actually make money) consider a trade school. There are plenty of people in the trades that make $75-100k. These jobs are always in demand.
Dont have kids until you can afford them
Dont have children with multiple partners.
When you get a job, show up on time, dressed appropriately for that job, do what you are supposed to.
Easy Peazy. It doesnt take 320 years. Act like an adult and do your job and you will get ahead.
