Well, in my opinion, your opinion smells like Mud_Bone’s taint. So there’s that.

Please engage in open debate. I am curious if anyone who isn't just being an emotional juvenile can argue against these rulings. It's a triumph of reason and the constitution.
You set a high bar for a guy responding to the thread and not the word salad of the OP

I’m a bit of a Supreme Court historian, and as far as partisanship and corruption and qualifications and how these decisions will reflect on future generations is concerned, right now is one of the worst courts we’ve ever had. All of these mfs are bought and paid for and none of their decisions have anything to do with the constitution, obviously. Perhaps it’s always been that way, but few courts have set our society back as much as these jokers.
And I’m neither a liberal or conservative so I’m not singling one group out over the other, because they are all pretty equally trash. Okay, anyway…

What’s your legal background?

Please elaborate on your study of the constitution…

This country is overall beyond lost. When one mildly conservative judge dies, it will be purge of conservatism the day after.

Oh really? So why are there pages and pages of complex legal reasoning that make up these opinions?
You may consider yourself a “Supreme Court historian” but I’m actually a lawyer and had to read and understand a lot of Supreme Court cases as part of my education. In doing so, I learned that Supreme Court justices don’t base their opinions on feelings. They may have their own view of the law, but their decisions and the opinions they write are still based on their interpretation of the law and the Constitution and on a legal reasoning they used to reach their decision. That’s true of the opinions I agree with, and those that I don’t.

Certainly you are referring to the 3 liberal dissenting judges that tried to uphold Bidens unconstitutional loan payoff?
The one he is trying to use to buy votes?

The red wave didn’t fizzle over abortion. It was a slate of unelectable candidates in swing districts. Guess who endorsed or was supported by those candidates in moderate districts.
The Dems primary-ing Trumpers in swing districts was a very dirty but savvy move. I hope the right can return the favor.

Can you cite the part in the Constitution where it says a college education is a guaranteed right?

Law is and has been dead. A couple of narrow decisions pretending it is alive don’t really get me all that excited. The statists are still in charge. Corona taught us this.

Everyone knows you are far too stupid to be anything of the sort.

Interesting that we now decide judicial activism is a bad thing.
Obama loaded the courts in this land with ideologues, no leftist ever complained.

Oh, okay.
Also, who's buying these guys? Again, most of the rich are Dems in this country.
I'm not even bothering with the rest since it's drivel.
