The left to the retailers...You're not going to sell her clothing line, are you?

Retailers...No, no of course not. See, no more selling. We'll do whatever you want. Don't be mad at us. Please!

Grown people acting like middle school clique whores. Pathetic.

Shouldn't the businesses be able to make their own decisions? Boycotting is a form a protesting, so if someone stops shopping there for this reason then they are a snowflake.

Have your credit cards from these merchants cancelled, telling them the reason. Tell them you will no longer shop at their stores.

It's pathetic a business would do what they wanted to or react to the market? I swear the hypocrisy in this thread is so thick I could spread it over toast.

That sounds like what a snowflake would do. If libs started doing that in a reverse situation, this entire board would shout at the rooftops "THOSE LIB CUCKS ARE MELTING!"

That's what I'm wondering. Bunch of men acting like schoolgirls over a retailer deciding to no longer carry a line of women's clothing.

Well since political reasons would be within the realm of free market, no shite. I never said they were mutually exclusive. This thread was bait to point out the hypocrisy of many on this board. I'd say it was successful bait.

An internal email sent last November 21 from company co-President Pete Nordstrom to employees affirmed they would continue carrying the brand, of which he wrote, “[It] has grown to be a sizable and successful business,” according to Fortune.

https://fortune.com/2016/11/22/nordstrom-to-keep-selling-ivanka-trump/

quote:

Ultimately, Nordstrom went on, "Every single brand we offer is evaluated on their results—if people don't buy it, we won't sell it." And since the Ivanka Trump brand, he wrote, "has grown to be a sizable and successful business," Nordstrom has concluded that it's not worth jettisoning, even if some of its customers feel passionately that it should.

No, I honestly could care less if it's for good business reasons and not purely political pandering.
As a business owner I've made a valiant attempt to steer clear of a staunch political stance b/c it's not worth pissing people off honestly. Just my personal opinion, but these limp wristed tards have become way to over-dramatic when someone's opinions differs from their own. So why companies are even flirting with this publicly is beyond me and it's gotten out of control here lately.
