The whole point of Twattor is that anyone can say anything. If you need Tweter to tell you who's credible and who isn't then you're just outsourcing your brain to Twytttyr instead of FOX/CNN/whoever

Well, generally in when the FBI is talking to someone, when you say that person "flipped" it means he/she has struck a deal to provide them evidence against someone else in exchange for immunity or lighter punishment.
I'm editing the thread title for better accuracy. Her claim is Flynn MAY have struck a deal with the FBI, which doesn't necessarily mean he has flipped on anyone. The other guy made that claim.
