It's coming from Juliette Kayyem, a former DHS rep and a Harvard professor. She also contributes to CNN.

She just claims he's made a deal though. This guy says he flipped on Trump, so it looks like he's just jumping to conclusions.

So these days any random person can say something on twitter and be considered a reporter. They don't even have to present any facts, and if people on their side like what they have to say they'll get 5K retweets.... Twitter is easily a net negative for the world.
