Better.

It's really not even close.

It was bad for Obama, but it was nowhere near the outright hysteria that is going on now.

There isn't a person alive who doesn't realize that.
Some are obviously attempting to deny it, but that's a different issue.

At least he went with something.
His argument was that a profession that leans heavily to the left didn't make many jokes about Obama.

Could have had a ton more high speed rail by now,

California was going to do their rail, then they saw how much it was going to cost!

For two years, the California High-Speed Rail Authority said it could build 520 miles of high-speed train tracks between San Francisco and Los Angeles for about $43 billion.
If costs escalate statewide as much as in the Valley, the price to build the system from San Francisco to Anaheim could leap from the 2009 estimate of $43 billion to as much as $67.3 billion, even before buying any trains.
THIS is why we don't have more High Speed Railways!

And this little tidbit from the NYT had this to say about it:

WASHINGTON — High-speed rail was supposed to be President Obama’s signature transportation project, but despite the administration spending nearly $11 billion since 2009 to develop faster passenger trains, the projects have gone mostly nowhere and the United States still lags far behind Europe and China.

While Republican opposition and community protests have slowed the projects here, transportation policy experts and members of both parties also place blame for the failures on missteps by the Obama administration — which in July asked Congress for nearly $10 billion more for high-speed initiatives.

Easier to blame obstructionism, I guess

Sarah Palin threatens to sue The New York Times over retracted article linking her to Gabby Giffords shooting
By Matt Sheffield
June 16, 2017

The same day that the New York Times published a news story that attempted to link Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders to the political violence he has explicitly and repeatedly denounced, the paper also published an editorial that falsely claimed the 2011 shooting of then-representative Gabby Giffords was inspired by a political ad put out by former Alaska governor Sarah Palin.

While the shooting and Palin’s ad took place sometime around each other, there has never been any evidence that Giffords’ attacker, Jared Loughner, was ever aware of Palin’s placement of a crosshairs on Giffords’ congressional district.

Moreover, Loughner’s obsession with the Arizona congresswoman appears to have begun in 2007, a year before Palin was tapped to become the Republican Party’s vice presidential nominee. Not a right-wing radical by any stretch of the imagination, Loughner’s crime appears to have been motivated by untreated paranoid schizophrenia.

The amount of derangement over Trump is about 50x worse than over Obama

Democrats wanted to impeach Trump before he was even inaugurated.

I don't think there has been a melt this big in my lifetime.

I think you forgot all the other points I made? But, yes, that was ONE of the points I am going with. Did you forget the riots and shootings?

Of course you did. Just slipped your mind, right?

Same. No balls, looking after themselves and afraid to support the POTUS en masse.

Since they lean heavily to the left they don't count? By your logic, since ANTIFA leans heavily to the left their riots don't count? Since the Virginia shooter leaned heavily to the left his bullets didn't count?

I am showing the vitriol that comes from the left, so yes, Colbert counts.

When talking about the reactions from Republicans about Obama? Yeah, I don't think it holds much weight.

hmmmmm.... lets see, better or worse.

Obama was kept in office for 8 years despite not even being a s citizen.

Trump team being investigated for many many months without any proof of collusion when that isn't even a crime. Therefore not even within the FBI's authority to investigate.

So I would say the Republicans are worse because their allowing Obama to serve under a poor forgery of a birth certificate makes them all complicit in treason.

That's what you want to go with? The number of words?

Let me make it easier for you.

Shootings and riots. Top that and maybe we can find some common ground. I will use more words if it makes you feel better.

Leftists throwing bottles, breaking windows and destroying private property. Leftists targeting Republican lawmakers and shooting them.
Leftists obstructing conservative speakers and not allowing them to speak at Universities. Leftist lawmakers calling for impeachment, then having to admit Trump has done nothing impeachable on National television. Leftists rewriting classic plays to show Trump being assassinated.

I can go on and use more words if that would make your feel better.

One guy.

"The Clarion-Ledger in Mississippi reports that police arrested Andrew McClinton, reportedly a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, for setting the fire that gutted the church and painting the words “Vote Trump” on the outside wall in the week before the election. He has been charged with one count of arson in the first degree. Police have not reported any motive for the crime so far."

Nothing the left does counts?

I was showing examples of what the left has done since Trump has been in office. It is your job to show the right rioting, and shooting Democratic lawmakers....not mine.

As Paul harvey wqould say, "And here's the rest of the story."

The bishop of an African-American church Mississippi that was burned and spray-painted with the words "Vote Trump" says the man arrested in the case is a member of the church.
Mississippi Department of Public Safety spokesman Warren Strain says Andrew McClinton of Leland, Mississippi, who is African-American, is charged with first degree arson of a place of worship.

African-American member fo the church...thanks for your help!

I am guessing you didn't remember that he was an African-American member of the church trying to frame it up against Trump, did you? But thanks for giving us another example of the lunacy the left has about Trump.
