Slightly better. They despised Obama and made that very clear. But they did not threaten violence against political figures or riot in the streets.

Gabby was shot because her left wing shooter didn't like the way she answered a question at one of her events.
No comparison to the Scalise rampage where the shooter had a list of HFC republicans. It is also warped to blame Palin for him shooting Gabby.

I understand the difference, CA. My overall point is that these politicians put their lives on the line every day and they are targets for crazies. ANY person who thinks killing other people is OK is a f'n sociopathic loon. I just think its highly dishonest for people here and elsewhere to be ascribing one lunatic's behavior to entire political parties. I mean, I don't think many (R)'s really supported Ted Nugent saying Obama could "suck on (his) machine gun". Lets just try to stay grounded in reality, is all.
