how could I let my 10 year old daughter go to the bathroom without me?
Because she's mathematically more likely to be murdered by someone she lives with in the next four days than she is ever to encounter a real life version of your fear porn fantasy.

That's why I'm not buying into any of this anti-tranny stuff. The facts just don't justify the feelings.

Why do we have Men's and Women's Restrooms?

Why do we have separate girl's and boy's locker rooms in school?

You're so close to figuring it out.

The irony here is you've chosen to engage a discussion you seem to know little about, and when confronted with facts exposing that, you conflate facts with feelings. In fact what is clear in this thread is your feelings are inflamed.

You feel transgender individuals have been wronged by HB-2. After all, that's what you've been told. You're not exactly sure as to the details though. So instead of pursuing them, you chose to wallow in fiction.

The only impact of HB-2 on NCAA tournament locations in NC was to make it legal for them to allow opposite-gender use of facilities if they so chose. Previously such use at a public facility would have been against the law. In response, the NCAA threatened to move its activities to less transgender friendly venues.

The same thing is true of the HB-2 impact on NBA facilities. It expanded facility options.
Oddly in response, the NBA relocated its All-Star game from NC (Charlotte), to a state in process of suing the Federal Government over transgender law. It is almost like people have ceased to think.

The fact Charlotte was the originator of one of the most asinine open-gender ordinances ever forwarded in the US, and the NBA in turn punished Charlotte for HB-2, makes for a fabulously mordant twist.

But that punishment surely seems to make you feel good.

Think of that money as in investment is not storing up wrath from God.

Thats exactly the problem....

God made men who want to wear skirts and shite in the ladies in her own image....she instilled in them the desire to dress as a woman and shite in the ladies room....and y'all are going against God's will...and she is going to be PISSED off....

Oh, and by the way.....Jesus was a black man.....

Or a foo-pee? Or heaven forbid you gotta poo-pee?!?
