That's not my logic at all. My point is that it depends on how someone was raised by their parent. This applies to Fields, thugs in NOLA, or a cop killer.
My point also is the PT apples it [depends on how someone was raised by their parent] in this case, but not in the cases of thugs shooting someone in NOLA, at least when the parent is mentioned. In other words, I am pointing out hypocrisy

The quality of your argument falls flat in a major way. I'm pretty sure that quote doesn't provide any context, does it? I guarantee its a selective quote without putting in perspective the uniqueness of each event

The quote doesn't provide any context. The quote, and you, are implying they should go after the parents because "Trump said so." Although this is only one incident, I'm sure Trump was referring to terrorists families in which they are abiding violence and are hiding something.
